Overall a great evening with Chef Smith. He has a very good personality and shared what he was doing and why. And the food was phenomenal!
We enjoyed a great New Years Eve dinner party with Chef Wayne. All our dinner guests were blown away by the food. It was fun to have a chef in our own home, so we could enjoy a nice evening in with friends. Chef Wayne is a Palm Springs must.
