Appetizer – Antipasti Bites : Soprasata (A cured salami), Fresh Mozzarella Balls, Basil, Roasted Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes and a Balsamic Reduction

Main Entree – Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms, Pancetta and Marsala Wine

Side Dishes –  Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Cojito Cheese & Sauteed Green Beans with Slivered Garlic, Mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Dessert – Limoncello Tiramisu



Appetizer – California Crab Cakes with Avocado Tartar

Main Entree – Braised Lamb Shank with Roasted Fresh Fennel and Beets over Mediterranean Risotto, served with whole baby carrots & squash

Dessert – Poached Pears with Zabaglione (Italian Custard)



Appetizer – Chilled Asparagus Salad with Figs and a Balsamic Vinaigrette

Soup – Butternut Squash Soup

Main Entree – Vegetable Lasagna Florentine – Spinach and Ricotta/Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese’s with Chef’s Special Marinara
